El yogur de los 14 días…. Yoghurt of 14 days ....

Ayer, estando yo de compras, concretamente aprovisionando la despensa de alimentos, acudí aun centro de la marca Día, suelo realizar compras aquí pues me gustan sus productos, y creo que guarda una buena relación calidad- precios.

Cuando estaba atareado en mi lista de compra, oí la siguiente conversación, los interlocutores eran un hombre de avanzada edad y una trabajadora del establecimiento; el buen hombre preguntaba delante del expositor de productos lácteos, por el “yogur de los 14 días” ¡El yogur de los 14 días! respondía sorprendida la chica, ¿A que 14 días se refiere? ¿A la caducidad? no, no lo anuncian en televisión volvía a aseverar el anciano, yo que me encontraba al lado, no dejaba de pensar ¿Qué yogur será este?, pero el enigma se resolvió casi al instante; ¡Aquí esta! exclamo el anciano señalando un pack de la marca Danone variedad Activia, resuelto ya, seguí con mi compra.

Volviendo hacia mi casa varias dudas seguían rondando en mi cabeza, ¿Qué será el plazo de 14 días? ¿Para que servirá este yogur?, ambas fueron resueltas al final del día, por un spot televisivo de este producto, el dichoso producto favorece el transito intestinal, para que sea efectivo debe tomarse durante 14 días….Ojo con estos productos; bifidus, omegas, vitaminas varias etc., decía un experto el otro dia en un noticiario, que debería existir una legislación sobre estos últimos, pues el abuso en su consumo, puede derivar en casos extremos en cáncer.
La mayoría de las carencias que nuestro organismo tiene, se suplen con una alimentación variada, no acudamos al Santo Grial de los productos alimenticios milagro….Bonavebe.

El móvil, del teléfono hablo… The mobile phone's talk ...

El primer teléfono móvil, que yo visualice, no tenia ni el mas remoto parecido, al de hoy en día, a finales de los años ochenta los teléfonos móviles, eran una especie de maletín provisto de cable enrollado con teléfono, mas tarde se fue evolucionando y ya se vieron los primeros “ladrillos” el mercado lo copaba la marca Motorola, estos teléfonos un poco mas evolucionados, nos permitían hablar apenas unos minutos antes de descargarse, la batería solía durar unas 4 horas en espera, que tiempos aquellos, casi no tenían cobertura y si lograbas conversación esta era entrecortada la mayoría de las veces o simplemente a mitad de conversación se cortaba la llamada, no eran muchas las personas que tenían teléfono móvil por aquella época.
Haciendo u salto cualitativo en el tiempo, me pongo en el momento actual, el uso de este artilugio, me parece la mayoría de las veces inadecuado, si en un principio nació para ser utilizado, por “profesionales” directivos de empresa, viajantes, etc. Esta tendencia duro muy poco y hoy en día casi desde un bebe hasta un centenario, tienen y utilizan el dichoso aparatito.
Ya casi parece un apéndice mas de nuestro cuerpo, puede ser una tragedia dejárselo olvidado en casa, llegaremos a salir desnudos pero con teléfono, usos exagerados, anécdotas vividas por mi y yo creo que por muchas personas mas : en la pescadería persona que pregunta la elección del pescado con el interlocutor, en la consulta del doctor explicando con el ídem el tiempo que le falta para acceder a la consulta, parada de autobús 10 personas a la espera tecleado o viendo su terminal, nadie ve a nadie triste esto ultimo, un día en un centro comercial hablando con una persona , pausa en la conversación recibe una llamada y se despide diciéndome que su novia le llamaba desde el probador situado a unos 15 metros de donde nos encontrábamos. Como estas ultimas experiencias mil.
No se a donde vamos a llegar, por el mal uso que en mi opinión, se le esta dando a este artilugio, lo ultimo filmar agresiones, para luego colgar en Internet o el caso de adolescentes portuguesas, que se desnudaban ante la cámara del móvil a cambio de la recarga del mismo, yo prohibiría la utilización de teléfonos con cámara a menores, si la utilidad que le queremos dar a su uso es la comunicación, sobra la cámara sobre todo en este ultimo caso…..Bonavebe.

Cuando somos niñ@s deseamos llegar pronto a la adolescencia, parece una larga e empinada cuesta la que te menos que recorrer con este fin, llegando a la cima, ya todo es cuesta a bajo pasamos por ser adultos a viejos en nada, fijaros que casi siempre es navidad y si no lo es lo parece, los años corren y corren, como caballo desbocado… y la vida llega a su fin, entonces si la memoria nos lo permite nos acordamos de nuestra niñez, y deseamos con todas nuestras fuerzas volver a ella, casi todos, algun@ hay que la suya no fue feliz, el resto la añoramos.

De niñ@s, somos inocentes, alegres, despreocupad@s, no tenemos problemas económicos, las guerras solo son juegos, los juegos a veces son guerras inocentes, nuestras armas son de plástico o madera, nuestros grandes problemas son resueltos por los padres…por eso yo dijo ¿Quién pudiera ser de nuevo niñ@? Con el transcurrir del tiempo, la referencia made in… como todo, va cambiando en importancia, si en los años 70 los mas fiables, eran los made in Germany, Holland o England. Estos últimos los teníamos presentes, al realizar la compra de electrodomésticos, material de bricolaje, maquinaria industrial o automóviles.

A finales de los años 70 principios de los 80, empieza el auge de la nueva referencia, made in Japan, los productos de esta ultima, resultan mas competitivos, que los europeos, que copaban el mercado hasta este momento, su gran baza son los precios mucho mas baratos….yo, que me confieso admirador, de la cultura japonesa, aficionado sobre todo, a los bonsáis, cerámica y jardines de este país (a su gastronomía no tanto), curiosamente esta admiración, se traslada al índole musical, uno de mis álbumes favoritos se titula : “Made in Japan” del grupo de rock Deep Purple, ahora en el momento actual, nos invade el made in China, yo si puedo no compro ningún producto de este país, casi imposible esto ultimo, pues casi ya todo se fabrica bajo este made in…., ahora cuando compro cerámica antigua, es una de mis aficiones, suspiro cuando veo una pieza y lleva grabada, esta frase : Made in Japan…..Bonavebe.

En escasas, fechas, probé, un café con leche, sublime, de los de espuma final, en los que causa dificultad, la introducción del azúcar, dado el grosor de esta capa espumosa que leche, que lo culmina….esto lugar, en la provincia de Lugo, no perder la ocasión, de aceptar la invitación de “tomamos un café….Bonavebe.

Hoy acudí al mercado, mi idea, era la de comprar, un par de centoll@s de la ría, normalmente todos los años, en el mes de Diciembre, suelo hacerme, un homenaje “centollil”, este año pasado, no lo pude realizar, pues el precio que alcanzo, la centoll@, resulto prohibitivo, para mi bolsillo.

Me hice el propósito, de esperar y realizar mi objetivo, mas adelante, para cuando bajase su precio y por fin hoy, junto con mis seres queridos, atacaremos dos centoll@s, una de ellas, me llamo la atención, cuando la vi., la curiosidad de este ejemplar, radica en los “acompañantes” que en parte, de su cuerpo tiene, yo la bautice como: el centollo” batea”. Para quien no lo sepa, la batea, es la infraestructura, donde se cría el mejillón, colocadas en las rías gallegas, suelen abastecer, casi todo el mercado, nacional y parte del extranjero…. bueno os dejo, que tengo que acudir a un “homenaje”, aquí os dejo las fotos de la” batea” y su compañero…..Bonavebe.
